		Francis Haby Seizing an opportunity to assist his mother & father in law with the initial sales of a subdivision they were developing, Francis attended night classes while still involved with his family farm. Licensed in 1984, it was not long before Francis determined he had not met any successful part time real estate agents nor any successful part time farmers. He then decided that even though he was giving up on what he had a passion for... farming, he needed to provide a secure financial future for his family. Francis has been practicing full time as an agent since 1985. He was the first Castroville agent to join the San Antonio Board of Realtors in 1988. Those accreditations include ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI ( Graduate of Real Estate Institute.
